Connerton, Pasco County's new Florida Town, is a 4,800 acre, mixed-use master planned community. About 8,500 residential units are planned, with more than 3 million square feet of commercial space for office, retail and industrial uses. Village 1 will have 265 homes. Connerton is located on US41, just south of SR52, seven miles north of of SR54 and approximatley 23 miles from downtown Tampa. The Suncoast Expressway is 3.5 miles to the west and provides direct access to Tampa International Airport and the Gulf Beaches.
