A community of 910 homes, VillaRosa is a true slice of "middle America" - with just about every ethnic, religious, and socio-economic background to be found in a typical American town. In fact, VillaRosa in many ways like a small town but with a larger population. It even has a "government", composed entirely of volunteer homeowners. The community is governed by the VillaRosa Master Homeowners' Association (VRHOA), led by a Board of Directors with various committees.
